Ipn Planner Specialist - Log

Job Description
Preparation of S&OP cycle. Volume allocation amongst IPN plants and creation of monthly delivery plant in consideration of bottleneck (material, plant capacity) and target stocks.
Validation of customer sales volume forecast and demand planning alignment with RBU
Other tasks, projects assigned by leader.
Coordinating with plants and rBU to take actions in case of capacity shortage, material unavailability or sudden customer demand change. Support communication & escalation with customers and stakeholders.
Frequent update of IPN consolidated customer and plant delivery (daily, weekly, monthly) in running stocksim and update long- term customer forecast
Logistics KPIs monitoring (inventory, LOG cost, LIWAK, container loading...). Other improvement projects

Chinese is advance
Customer- oriented, independent, attention to detail.
Education
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Highly competent in MS excel, SAP PA5 demand planning, SAP business warehouse.
3- 5 years in HcP- functions/IPN planner (familiar with Pushbelt- Production).
MS excel, SAP demand planning, business warehouse reporting, power BI
English proficiency
University Degree (Bachelor/Master)- prefer in supply chain management.
Good problem- solving skills.
Bosch- experience preferred, cross- function working experience
