IPQC Engineer (Work at Dau Giay - Dong Nai)

JOB SUMMARY
- Cooperate with related dept for quality issue solving and improvement for mass production build
- Control the in- line quality of Floor Care product to follow concept of 5 Star Quality
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
- Other tasks assign by direct supervisor/manager
- Report issue, work result to supervisor/manager
- Update/make report for quality performance, weekly monthly
- Co- oporate with CQE for customer complaint/ OBA rejection investigation and improvment
- Manage IPQC techniciansb by assign and instruct/training quality control strategy to all IPQC technician/leader/TS
- Control the change ECN/ECO- Verify the development build (PP phrase), FMP build then feedback issue and gap of PP build such as WI, tool, fixture…...
- Control and standardize master sample and limit sample- Handle improvement project/activities such as A3
- Monitoring FPY of Floor Care product, driving FPY improvement for top defect especially model does not reach the target daily, weekly, monthly
- Make IPQC checklist for new model, Any quality issue, customer complaint, lesson learned that need to update IPQC checklist, ENG need to review and update
- Work on IPQC audit check point with clear investigation result and improvement action timely
- Quality issue solving for mass production model, driving on quality continuous improvement

Problem solving skills with 8D, 5 why, fishbone
At least 2- 3 years of experience in electronics, Motor/SMT/PCBA industry
Good knowledge about 7 Quality tool, QMS, TQM, FMEA, QCP, PPAP...
Good quality knowledge
Good at English
