IPQC&OQC Engineer - Work at District 9

Position Summary
This leader will lead a team in Techtronic Industries Vietnam factory, take charge of In- Process Quality Control, Outgoing Quality Control and Process Quality Support. Work closely with all cross functional teams to drive for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure team staffs are well trained with needed skills to perform required functions.
Set up proper processes for IPQC and OQC including but not limited to prepare checkcard, sampling plan, process audit, non- conforming product disposition, data collecting system (Critical Features, DPPM, Data Analysis), etc.
Maintain and optimize IPQC, OQC and PQE management system (SOP, OI / WI) according to ISO9001.
Coordinate customer returns or complaints to drive effective preventive actions and verify effectiveness of error avoidance and sustainability
Lead IPQC and OQC Team to manage the process of In- Process Quality Control and Outgoing Quality Control, ensure all products meet internal / external quality standards.
Handle PQE Engineer role to support manufacturing process improvement, failure analysis, non- conformance disposition, ensure quick investigation and effective Corrective / Preventive Actions are in place.
Work closely with cross functional team to meet delivery schedules and production goals, while actively maintaining the expected level of quality.

Person Specifications

Good English, written and spoken.
College above and majored in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Science.
Good team player with positive approach.
At least 3 years in Quality field in an Engineer position. With working experience in metal, plastic and electronic products as well as manufacturing process quality management.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
