KEY RESONSIBILITIES
The position of Internet Service Provider (ISP) Sales Manager in the field of Wi- Fi devices, cameras, and information technology is a key role responsible for driving sales and building strong partnerships with Internet Service Providers. Below is a comprehensive job description for this position:
Business Development and Sales Strategy:
Identify potential business opportunities and market segments for expansion and growth. Set ambitious sales targets and drive the team towards achieving and exceeding them.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target and engage Internet Service Providers (ISPs) as key customers in the Wi- Fi devices, cameras, and information technology industry.
ISP Account Management:
Proactively address client concerns, ensure their satisfaction, and foster long- term partnerships. Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross- sell products and services to existing ISP clients.
Establish and maintain relationships with existing ISP clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
New ISP Client Acquisition:
Present compelling sales proposals and conduct negotiations to secure new business partnerships.
Prospect and approach new ISPs to introduce and promote the company&039;s Wi- Fi devices, cameras, and information technology solutions.
Product Knowledge and Expertise:
Demonstrate in- depth knowledge of the company&039;s products and their unique selling points to effectively communicate value to ISPs.
Stay up- to- date with the latest developments in Wi- Fi devices, cameras, and information technology.
Team Leadership and Training:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
Market Analysis and Competitor Intelligence:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential competitors in the Wi- Fi devices, cameras, and information technology industry.
Analyze competitor strategies and pricing to maintain the company&039;s competitive edge.
Sales Reporting and Performance Evaluation:
Monitor sales performance regularly, track key performance indicators, and prepare sales reports for management.
Conduct performance evaluations for the sales team and implement improvement plans where necessary.
Collaboration and Communication:
Other tasks as assigned by the BOD.
Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and promotional campaigns.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer support.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Wi- Fi devices, cameras, or information technology industry.
- Prefer having many relationships with domestic telecommunications service providers.
- Ability to analyze sales data and draw meaningful insights for strategy development.
- Solid understanding of ISP business dynamics and customer needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- More 5year+ relative industry experience
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with ISP clients and attend industry events.
