IT Admin Onsite Support

IT (Technician or Admin) onsite support:

• Work with NetCab Project Manager and customer’ users to complete network cabling request following Service Level Agreement and process


• Call technician to support network cabling issues.


• Follow up NetCab POs (mainly for cabling)


• Check and report cabling materials status weekly


• Arrange for safety compliance (EHS)


• Support IT admin tasks: paperwork, material, invoice delivery


• Update/create relevant documentation


• Report to IT Supervisor of customer

Other responsibility areas (if any)

• Completing other technical and administrative tasks assigned by the Project Manager/ Director

Education and/or Experience:

• Knowledge in IT Admin/IT helpdesk/Data cabling.


• Knowledge in management system (Service Now, SolarWinds) is preferred


• Cabling Certification is preferred.


• Degree in IT, Telecomunication if preferred

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic cabling technical issues


• Basic English communication with foreigners


• Basic reporting skills with Office 365: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook

Working location & others:

• District 9, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.


• Having customer’ email account and computer to perform day to day task


• After 1 or 2 years contract, will be discussed and assigned for other task/project/position by NetCab
