IT Admin Staff

*We&039;re looking for IT Staff who is willing to work at both factories (Hanoi & Hung Yen) and will be responsible for promoting ISM/ISO activity and handing IT cost control, detail as below:
Promote ISM/ISO activity at both factories
- Follow up Headquarter Annual ISM Activity Plan and co- work with other department to enhance ISM activity
&039;- Prepare regular ISM report to Manager
- Handle internal and external audit
Handle IT cost control and IT equipment procurement
- Purchase IT equipment, make payment documents and work with Accounting department with issues related to payment (if any)
- Summary IT cost regularly for both factories

- Bachelor graduated with 1- 2 years of similar experience in handling IT, ISO, ISM activities
- Good communication skill and warmly cooperation with other departments
