It Applications Specialist

As a IT Applications Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Business Process Mining:
• Directly develop or oversee the development of tools to implement solutions.
• Collaborate internally with departments on feasible solutions to improve work efficiency.
Participate in research and development of technological products.
• Build business cases and measure impact: Build business cases and measure the impact of product innovation with data partners.
• Understand evolving customer needs: Conduct user research to deeply understand the evolving needs of customers.
• Lead the product roadmap: Manage the product roadmap, guiding the product from conception through design and into wide release.
• Report to the Technical Director: Report directly to the Technical Director on product performance
• Work closely with product/business teams: Collaborate with product and business teams to create and maintain a product backlog based on business value or ROI.

Having the ability to develop web apps, mobile apps is an advantage.
