IT Assistant Manager

Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for an IT Assistant Manager:

IT policy and security procedure guidance for new employee
Support users with incidents including hardware and software issues, as well as conduct repairs on users&039; and company-owned devices.
Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords in compliance with the company&039;s security policies.
In charge of managing information system of company
Support other departments in problems related to IT (troubleshooting PC issues, handling cybersecurity incidents, fixing IT equipment...)
Responsible for the factory&039;s IT system infrastructure, including the installation, operation, and maintenance of the server system
Manage security facilities (camera, door access system) and enforce IT policy and confidential security compliance through technical and organizational methods
Prepare IT asset reports on a regular basis, propose and follow up with a repair and replacement action plan.
Responsible for the ERP system&039;s implementation and application

Graduated form University major in IT, Computer Sience or related major
From 03 - 05 years of experience in manufacturing company
Male, Age: 25 - 35 years old
Have experience with ERP system
Good use of English, able use of Chinese is preferred
