IT Assistant Manager

Our client is a foreign- invested company, now looking for IT Assistant Manager (2100$, ID15353):

Identify user requirements and discuss systemization with the user department.
Diagnose and fix issues with user access, component configuration, hardware, software, and connectivity.
Examine, arrange, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and update the operating system&039;s hardware and software interfaces.
Conduct planning, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, upkeep, and upgrades for operating systems.
Other duties as assigned.
Investigate and suggest the creation, acquisition, and utilization of hardware and software.
Establish thorough flow charts and diagrams that describe the features and operations of the systems.
For future use, record system issues and their fixes.
Coordinate as a team member with other technical personnel in areas like networking to guarantee system compatibility and connectivity.

Good command of spoken and written English.
Degree in Engineering/ IT Professional Certificates or equivalent (Certified MCSA, CCNA are plus).
Male/30- 40 years old.
SQL server management & RPA developer.
Have knowledge and experience in hardware and systems.
Have 5 years of experience working in IT, specializing in developer (languages like C++, Java...)
