IT Assistant/ Nhân Viên IT

*** Job 1: IT Production System Support
- Have knowledge to operate manufacturing system like MES (Manufacturing Executing System), MAS ( Manufacturing Analyzing System), EAS (Engineering Analysis System)
- To be the firts line contact of production users: be able to analyze database to troubleshoot the production issue complied with Team KPI
- Cooperating with supplier to improve system performance and optimize the production process
- Making sure the production system running stable
- Provice IT technical in necessary cases
- Have skill to make reference document and train new system to users
- Other job is assigned by Part Leader/ Section Leader
*** Job 2: IT helpdesk
- 1st and 2nd line support - troubleshooting of IT related problems, from in-house software to hardware, such as smartphone, laptops, PCs and printers.
- Have good soft skills in communication with users to analyze the issue and guide them to get the right system operator.
- Troubleshoot basic network issues.
- Provide basic supporting in MS Office applications use within the Association (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Publishing support documentation to assist staff with request for information & provide staff training if required.
- Basic active directory knowledge. Creating user accounts, reset passwords, create groups etc...
- Arrange for follow-up of external support by suppliers, based on underpinning agreements
- Updating & Maintaining the Asset Database and tracking of Changes.
- Basic Vmware Horizon knowledge.
