IT Business Analyst (Attractive Salary)

Have product mindset to understand users&039; needs, discover issues so that we can have solutions to deliver better value to users;
Take initiative to do your own research to discover problems and propose solutions;
Conduct product testing during and after feature implementation to ensure the quality.
Perform a combination of ongoing and ad hoc users analytics to identify business critical trends and insights from data;
Learn and observe competitors and other products to aware of the trends and best practices and find out ways to improve products and sales;
Write specifications and work closely with Development team & QA team to clearly explain the specifications and business requirements.Manage documents and changes in requirement over time;

Be able to communicate clearly and logically and positively;
Experience in analyzing data to draw business relevant conclusion;
Candidates who have at least 2 years of experience as a BA in an IT company;
Have product mindset;
Thrive to learn and improve yourself;
Be comfortable with writing technical documents and familiar with IT languages and procedures & tools (Jira/ Confluence). IT background is a plus;
English is a must.
