IT Business Analyst (consumer finance market leader, interconnected systems, opportunity to influence business)

Testing: review test case, make the SIT, support for UAT.
Conduct analysis of business and user needs (lead and conduct interviewing tasks) in order to develop requirements documentation and not limited to consult the IT solutions to business users.
Training/handover to IT App support team and deliver level 2 support for systems/applications to users.
Make reports about user requirements, list of documentation, process of change request.
Convert the requirements/needs into technical models/terms for the implementation or revision of systems and applications projects for specified business units.
Maintain the updates of the documents developed during the requirement collection, analysis, system/application design.
Working closely with development/systems administration team and third-parties to design, validate, and manage the implementation of the solutions to requirements.

Results-oriented, self-motivated
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, strong logical thinking and critical thinking.
MSSQL, PL/SQL oracle query
At least 3 years’ experience in banking or financial business or 5 years of experiences in System Development and Business Analysis.
Strong flowcharting techniques (or BPMN)
Have knowledge about integration protocol
University degree in IT or technical areas.
Good English skill
