IT Business Analyst - Crm/ecommerce System - Attractive Salary & Benefits

Attractive salary (negotiation) and 13th month salary.
Working in a leading luxury retail corporation with other brands such as Rolls-Royce, Richard Mille, Hublot, Audemars Piguet, THG S&S, Vertu,etc.
Analyze business requirements & processes, work with vendor to provide solutions to their business issues
Provide system support to users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues
Working hour: 9 am - 6 pm, Saturday & Sunday off.
Working closely with key users, leveraging CRM/eCommerce functionality to business operation.

Play a key role in the successful implementation of CRM/ eCommerce, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on CRM/eCommerce products to users.

WHAT WE NEED: (REQUIREMENTS)
Strong communication in English
Experience with project and process management (analysis, design, development, implementation and change management…)
Experience managing support for a particular work stream (Sales, eCommerce, Marketing…)
Good understanding of the business processes, capturing requirements
