IT Business Analyst Intern

Job Description:
Aligning the business needs to the project vision;
Strong attention to detail, analytical and conceptual thinker;
Raise and close defects when necessary;
Always striving to develop both personally and professionally!
Managing software defects through to resolution;
A flexible and respectful approach in liaising with colleagues;
Identify, investigate and analyse business and stakeholder requirements;
An ability to relate to people at all levels;
Determine test conditions/ test objectives;
Work as an effective team member; share knowledge and information with the team and assist others in meeting team priorities;
"Trainable" with the ability to quickly learn different types of technologies;
Participate in the documentation, analysis and validation of business processes, systems, and solution requirements;
Documenting and mapping end- to- end processes;
Identify and analyse any gaps in data and report on these areas using simplified language;
Enthusiastic, "can do" attitude;
Requirement:
Graduated, can work full- time;
Good communication: example candidate should know how to express the ideas, can explain complicated issues, be clear, firm, handling the questions well and not afraid of response back to seek for more information, logical thinking, ...;
Teamwork, willing to learn, problem solving, willing to take initiative to overcome challenges;
Proficient English;
Big fan of IT industry, especially love to embrace new technologies world;
Working in a global mindset, open for a new multicultural working environment.
