The mission of a BA is to work on the overall understanding of the project’s business objectives and requirements and to ensure the development team gets the correct understanding of the project and requirements.
Collaborate with Project Manager/Team Leader to:

Work with the Project team (Developers, QA/QC) to review and transfer requirements through the development life cycle;
Communicate iteration priorities, feature sets, road maps, and customer feedback to a variety of stakeholders and executives;
Support PM on the change management for the project from requirement clarifications to change approval to change implementation
Define the business analysts for complex systems development projects including business goals and requirements, business process, and data models;
Deliver customer-facing presentations covering products and solutions package;
Map the relationship of different system parameters, API;
Assist and consult clients in defining requirements and proposing ideas contributing values to the client projects;
Use data and process modeling tools including process mapping, business, object, and dataflow modeling, etc. to analyze and represent information in a effective form to translate business requirements into statements of work;
Represent the project team at workshops, presentations, showcases, and other meetings as appropriate, ensuring any decisions made are communicated back to the development team.
Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management;
Draw project&039;s mockup/wireframe using prototyping tools and model the requirements by using wire-framing tools;
Write “Agile user stories” and work with clients on acceptance criteria;

High interpersonal, time management, problem-solving and organizational skills
Advanced in English
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT field
Well understanding of project management techniques and computing systems
Familiar with BPMN 2.0, UML, database, SQL, life-cycle software
Experienced with any collaborative interface design tools
Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills
