IT Business Analytics Team Lead

Other tasks assigned.
Ensure business requirements are fully understood by Development and provide input to design and product specifications;
Follow task development, carry out UAT and demo/train end- users;
Validate solution with users by creating mockups / prototypes/ wireframe, and/or presentation;
Understand causes, activity diagrams and system process flows;
Work with development team to go over the specification, Q&A, consult the solutions or figure out the problems;
Tracking all change requests from customers. Manage all requirements, specifications, change request of the project;
Understand customer business process, needs and requirements;
Analyze the requirements from customers in business view and end- user view;
Document functional and business requirements;

Educational Background: Major in Information Technology (Master/University/Collage).
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in IT Business Analyst.
Skills:

Enthusiastic, responsible, willing to learn new things and ability to work under pressure, available to work at any time.
Good communication, presentation and management skills;
Good UML knowledge is a great asset;
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively;
Have strong experience in UML design, have good knowledge of UI/UX;
Have a knowledge of software development process;
Advance using Microsoft Visio, Prototyping, Wireframe & use case tools;
Good design documentation is required. Experience in creating clear, concise documentations;
English fluency, especially in writing and reading;
Strong business analytical skill and logical mind. Be able to grasp the complex software system and learn quickly;

Others:
Plus/Optional: experience in consumer finance, insurance, banking industry
