We are currently looking for an IT Communicator for Copilot- an AI- powered tool of Microsoft !
Role Description
The IT Comtor (Japanese) will be responsible for providing expert translation and exploring for Office 365 products, with a focus on Copilot in Microsoft 365, to our Japanese customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in Japanese, have experience in presenting and understanding business processes, and be adept at translating these processes between languages.
Responsibility
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams to enhance service delivery.
• Translate business requirements and processes from/to Japanese as needed.
• Deliver presentations and consultations on Copilot in M365 to Japanese clients.
• Understand and analyze client business processes to provide tailored solutions.
Requirement
• Previous consulting experience is required, particularly within the domain of Office 365 products.
• Experience with Copilot in M365 is highly desirable.
• Ability to also communicate effectively in English is desirable.
• Japanese level (JLPT) N2 equivalent or higher
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience translating business processes from/to Japanese is essential.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing Japanese.
