IT Comtor (Japanese N1/N2)

Engage in direct communication with Japanese clients to ascertain project requirements for software development within the company.
Assist in project management tasks such as schedule management and development process management.
Compile reports for clients and management.
Support the software quality assurance team by liaising with clients during the product testing phase.
Participate in online or offline meetings with the development team in Vietnam and partners in Japan to discuss job content, technical solutions, and project implementation methods.
Assist the sales team in communication with clients and prepare project- related documents and reports.
Translate project requirement specification documents. Understand the project requirements and convey them to the development team.
Support Japanese clients during business trips to Vietnam.

Candidates who demonstrate continuous effort and contribute ideas for work development are preferred.
Strong ability to handle tasks quickly and accurately.
Previous experience working in Japanese, European, or American companies is advantageous.
Detail- oriented, honest, and persistent.
Dynamic, confident, creative, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Graduated in relevant fields related to Japanese language (N1~N2) with proficient communication skills.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in translation and interpretation, particularly in the software industry. Fresh graduates are welcomed with strong aspirations.
Good communication and persuasive skills.
Proficiency in office software, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary: 10,000,000 VND- 25,000,000 VND
Review performance- salary every 6 months.
