IT – Data Protection Officer

Accountabilities

Monitor and report unusual cases, detect and promptly prevent illegal intrusions and attacks inside and outside the company&039;s system.
Built and deploy the policy, SOP to follow Decree 13/2023- NĐ- CP about Personal Data Protection.
Build and set up the company&039;s internal network system.
Install and maintain the operation of the company&039;s network and technology equipment (modems, computers, printers, photocopiers...).
Manage computer systems, support company employees to use and effectively.
Other tasks as requested by Manager/ Director.
Manage the company&039;s information technology and technology equipment.
Manage Server system, network system, data backup system, serving all communication activities of the company.
Plan/propose plans to maintain and upgrade systems and equipment periodically or according to the company&039;s development requirements.
Responsible for implementing information security and safety, network security on the entire company system: LAN (internal network), Wifi network (wireless network), WAN network (wide area network), Servers, workstations including desktops and laptops, firewalls...
Policy and process design and management

University graduated in Information Technology, network administrator or related fields.
Have professional knowledge and practice in PC hardware, software, sever systems and databases.
Proficiency in English: listening, speaking, reading, writing.
Female by 25 to 35 of age.
Agile, skillful an be able to present and communicate with departments.
Have a spirit of cooperation, support, carefulness, good vision, independent work, decisiveness.
At least 3 years of experience in IT work.
