- Cooperate with the corporation&039;s IT team to deploy software, systems and ensure cyber security
- Research and implement new technology applications
- Train staff on new technologies
- Compliance with company labor regulations, environmental- policy, garbage classification, occupational safety regulations, business ethics issues and accountability to report violations
- Conduct regular audits of computer systems, networks, vendors, and other external resources
- Develop and implement strategic plans for IT maintenance, improvements, and upgrades
- Establish and manage IT policies and procedures
- Manage the IT Team by coordinating internal staff, consulting resources, and outside vendors
- Maintain data security and confidentiality
- Research new IT technologies to determine feasibility and impact
- Research potential IT vendor alternatives, propose solutions, and manage contract negotiations. Manage IT vendor relationships

- 3+ years work experience as a supervisor of an IT operation or support center
- Good at English language 4 skills
- Information Technology University
