Job desription:
Build and plan the company&039;s medium and long- term system strategy.
Propose and promote internal infrastructure policies such as information technology systems.
Management of the company&039;s internal IT systems and assets:
Make reasonable plans and budgets for internal IT systems: Renewing, upgrading, repairing, liquidating, inventorying and purchasing equipment and internal IT systems.
IT system: monitor, maintain stability, improve the system to improve productivity and efficiency (Cybersoft, ERP System, Kintone, Mail Server, Office 365,...)
IT assets: monitor and improve related operations (allocation, recall, repair, upgrade, inventory, liquidation, procurement) to optimize the value of IT assets. Plan and budget for the maintenance and upkeep of IT equipment.
Information security management:
Monitor and periodically guide security activities for all employees in ADV.
Deploy and periodically report activities to enhance security for IT systems according to the requirements of the management level and Group.
Plan to maintain and improve the information security system at ADV according to Group standards.
Propose and implement improvements in security, reduce costs, and improve productivity in information security management.
Other operations:
Work content can be supplemented or adjusted depending on actual requirements but does not fall outside the employee&039;s scope of expertise.
Plan to take over, operate, and manage the system after the project according to assignment and direction from project managers and affiliated managers.
Responsible for handling incidents, proposing risk management and response measures related to infrastructure, IT system development and operation.
Perform other tasks as requested by affiliated management.
Implement Kaizen improvement activities to increase work efficiency, improve quality, save costs...
Coordinate with the project management board to build and operate new IT systems (Human Resources, Accounting, Data Management, IT, ...) according to strategy and in accordance with the company&039;s development stages.
Research and propose new technologies to affiliated management levels to deploy and apply for all employees to use effectively to improve work performance.
Professional training for junior staff, including guidance for new hire
Build, standardize and monitor the IT department&039;s working procedure.
Requirement:
Good English communication (Japanese preferred)
Can work under pressure
An up to date knowledge of IT Security related hardware, software, and vendor solutions
Good Ethics: Honesty and integrity.
At least 3 years in manager, supervisory or team leader role.
Good written and verbal communication skills
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Computer Science, IT, or a Cyber- Security related field.
Strong problem- solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
Excellent cooperation and communication skills.
A good understanding of cyber- attacks is an advantage
