For our business development, we are seeking suitable candidate for IT EXECUTIVE

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Technical topics – New devices, Replacement, Maintenance: Basic setup and connection of new devices (computer, printer, telephone); Replacement of faulty workstations, keyboards, monitors, mice, others
- Technical topics – Software applications, Multimedia: Restart of servers; Support with login problems;
- User support in general / contact person to Global IT in Germany: Answering basic user support requests (computer usage, printer issues, MS Office)
- Technical topics – Networking: Finding and repairing of network connectivity problems; Coordination of infrastructural network extensions

- Good English skills
- Willingness to learn about using specialized applications, e.g. dyehouse software or labelling systems
- Basic knowledge of LAN and WAN networking technologies
- IT oriented education
- Basic knowledge about server virtualization (VMWare ESX server 6 and higher with VMWare VSphere Management)
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Windows OS (Windows 7 / 10), Microsoft software packages (Office 2016) and SAP
