IT Executive (Điện Ngọc - Quảng Nam)

- Coordinate with operations and relevant people to know the process and customize the system to support business at site.
- Create or modify Crystal reports in accordance with user requirements.
- Provide first support to end user at site.
- Responsible for IT service and application support at site
- Maintain IT infrastructure at site included network service, switchboard, CCTV system, leased line and server room facility
- Troubleshoot any issues related to WMS application. Analyze application to fix bugs and improve application to support operations.
- Investigate and fix data issues related to EDI interface with customer system.
- Work with customer and operations team to test and implement new features or new request for WMS configurations

- Network system knowledge, analysis skill and team leading
- Reliable (in order to take responsibility and ownership of completing assignments)
- Flexible (in order to do what needs to be done)·
- University degree
- Programming skills, Crystal report customization and SQL database queries.
- Self-disciplinal with ability to work under high pressure
- Innovative (able to think ‘outside the box’)·
- Knowledge in IT system administration and technical support
- English: fluently in writing and communication
- Abilities to use computer, especially in Word, Excel and office communication system.
- Ability to work in teamwork.
- Minimum 2 years working in SQL query and application support. Programming skills are an advantage
- Enthusiasm and carefulness.
- Knowledge in project management and delivery are an advantage
