IT Executive (Experienced in Office 365)

IT Executive (Office365) is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 solutions to optimize productivity and efficiency across the company. 
Develop and maintain related data for business use.
Keep up- to- date with MS365 updates and new features, evaluating their potential benefits for the organization.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to design, implement customized MS365 solutions and work with vendors for digitalization/ data/ AI projects to meet business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve MS365- related issues, providing timely support to end- users.
Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for MS365 data and services with IT Department;
Design, deploy and configure MS365 applications, including Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and other associated services.
Cooperate with IT Department to monitor MS365 infrastructure and conduct regular maintenance to ensure system stability and performance.

Proactive approach and result focus.
Knowledge of network, web design and administration are a plus;
Hands on experience with Data Architect/ modern data warehouse, etc.;
Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices in an MS365 environment;
Good communication, presentation skills and high level of ownership;
At least 4 year experience in Microsoft 365 applications and services is a must;
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience);
Good analytical and problem- solving skills;
Proficient in written and spoken English;
