- Work location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd fIoor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi

Job Description:
Judging what is the problem in response to the inquiry from the user and propose a solution. In addition, eliciting requirements from users by hearing. (15%)
Ability to understand the man- hours of IT engineers and negotiate with IT vendors while balancing practicality and cost appropriateness of IT investment like system development, maintenance services and so on. (20%)
Ability to read and understand deliverables of system development provided by IT vendors in general, and point out some deficiencies to them. (20%)
Support for business software, internal control systems, office informatics. (5%)
Facilitate and take a leadership for the IT project like developing new system. (10%)
Train and manage officer level employees in IT section. (15%)
Support and answer question/ requirements of the problem related to IT with end user. Consulting end user when there are new requirements to change. (5%)
Microsoft 365 admin, Active Directly and Windows server management. (10%)

Working experience: Have at least 2- 5 years of working experience.
College or Bachelor degree in IT or relevant fields.
- Have experience in relevant fields: IT hardware/software, IT help- desk, manage software/system development projects.
- Experience of Project Manager for system development is an advantage, including: Requirement definition of users. Communication and negotiation skills to communicate with vendors to proceed project.
Be honest and careful.
Be hard- working and adaptable to the needs of the working environment.
Good MS skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Has good planning and organizing skill.
Have leadership and team management experience.
Able to use English at work.
