IT Executive

) Objective of the function:
• Local IT support for plant in Vietnam
• Supervisor for all IT activities during plant construction following the guidelines defined by Global IT
• 1st Level Support for both locations in Vietnam
• Coordination of 2nd Level Support with IT Competence Center in Bangladesh / IT headquarter in Germany
) Main responsibilities:
• User support in general / contact person to Global IT in Germany
Ensure process is followed when employees leave the company
First level support for local employees / first level telephone support for locations in Vietnam
Archiving
Requests for new user accounts in Windows, SAP and others
Answering basic user support requests (computer usage, printer issues, MS Office)
• Technical topics – New devices, Replacement, Maintenance
Replacement of printer supplies / Monitor stock of toners
Replacement of faulty workstations, keyboards, monitors, mice, others
Basic setup and connection of new devices (computer, printer, telephone)
• Technical topics – Networking
Finding and repairing of network connectivity problems
Coordination of infrastructural network extensions together with Global IT in Germany
• Technical topics – Software applications, Multimedia
First level support with booking problems in SAP
Restart of servers (if not remote controlled by Global IT Germany)
Basic instruction of new users, including dye house software
User support for Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, in case of problems
Support of special techniques, e.g. label stations or DOMINO printers for spools
First level support for Skype for Business, Beamer, Video surveillance system
Support with login problems (Windows, SAP)

• Willingness to learn about using specialized applications, e.g. Dyehouse software or labelling systems
• Ability to work in an intercultural team
• Basic knowledge of LAN and WAN networking technologies
• Good communication skills
• Good English skills
• IT oriented education
• Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Windows OS (Windows 7 / 10), Microsoft software packages (Office 2016) and SAP
• Basic knowledge about server virtualization (VMWare ESX server 6 and higher with VMWare VSphere Management)
• Service oriented
