• Able to work shifts/weekends as required.
• Knowledgeable in IT related Business domain environment
• Ability to independently diagnose technical problems and quickly find solutions.
• Experienced setup and troubleshooting for Wifi, CCTV, and PABX systems.
• Responsible for smooth functioning and coordination of vendors for Guest Internet, Property Management Systems – PMS/POS/IPTV, Telephony systems, Wifi Systems, CCTV, and other software as required.
• Maintain a complete record of the systems- related inventory.
• Setting up new users&039; accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues; Responding within agreed time limits to call- outs;
• To assist the IT Manager in all stages of the day- to- day operation of the hotel
• To train end users for correct usage of IT systems and equipment and provide confidence for daily operational needs.
• Other ad- hoc duties as assigned.
• Provide first- level support to users and hotel guests for all internal hotel IT systems, minimizing any system outages.
• Perform routine IT maintenance, security checks, and system updates.
• Able to interact and communicate with all levels of end users
• Installing, troubleshooting, testing, and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications; Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
• Good analytical and collaborative skills to carry out IT audit across multiple platforms with cross- functional leaders
• Experience with hotel applications such as Smile preferred.
• Proven working experience in handling Microsoft Windows workstation hardware and software.
• Organized and able to prioritize technical service requests.
• Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues; Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
