JOB SUMMARY
- Responsibility for documenting the system.
- To be responsible for implement and maintain computer system, especially on Windows Active Directory, DNS, File Server. Performing routine backup- recovery of systems.
- Troubleshooting any reported problems.
- Manage network system, do health check regularly and build or replace network devices if required.
- Co- work with PAP colleagues to deploy projects of System & Network if required.
JOB DESCRIPTION
IT SYSTEM & NETWORK ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM
- Manage Database Server (SQL Server) & Web server (Win 2k8, 2k12, 2k19)
- Co- work with PAP colleagues to deploy projects of system & network
- Manage Mail server (Mail Enable & MS Exchange Online) and servers&039;s services (DNS, File Server, WSUS, AD, Trend Micro)
- Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, and associated systems.
- Monitor system performance and implements performance tuning.
- Manage & maintain Firewall & Cisco router, network device, LAN & WAN
- Manage IP Phone system: Elastix, Virtual PBX
- Install and maintain all new hardware, systems, and necessary applications for works.
- Manage and monitor backup/ recovery, capacity planning and system performances.
- Manage CCTV System
IT SERVICE DESK
- Support & training users about basic computer skills & incident guideline for self- solving problem.
- Provide a qualified level of technical support.
- Manage hardware inventory list and software resources.
- Contact with supplier/vendor/ISP to make sure the network between sites running smoothly and have backup solution for incident (BCP).
WORKING PLACE: SaiGon Trade Center, 704- 705 Ton Duc Thang Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC
REPORTING LINE: Finance & Human Resources Manager
Other duties & responsibilities may be required and/or assigned as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS
· Good experienced in VMware ESXi, Cisco devices, Firewall, Windows Server, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, Trend Micro and File sharing, Linux.
· Minimum 3 years&039; experience in installing, set up, and helpdesk.
· Good interpersonal, communication and problem- solving skills.
· Punctuality.
· Team player.
· Ability to learn new IT technology; self- study, research for solution is a must.
· Certifications: CCNA (will be advantage).
· Willingness to work outside normal business hours.
· Good command of English (reading, writting and speaking).
· Have acknowledged on SQL database, programming languages such as C, VB.Net, javascript, ... is a plus.
· Bachelor&039;s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
· Strong background in network and security administration.
