Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure.
Responsible for collecting and maintaining accurate site data to support global project planning and execution.
Proven ability to troubleshoot a wide range of end- user computing (EUC) devices, including PCs, monitors, phones, printers, etc.Basic knowledge of cabling work is a plus.
Willingness to work occasional weekends, public holidays, or outside of standard business hours when necessary.
Comfortable working directly with end users, either on- site or remotely via phone or collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
Solid experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications and ecosystem.
Strong proficiency in Windows 10 and 11 operating systems; hands- on experience with mobile devices (iOS & Android).
Collaborate with the global security team to ensure EUC devices remain patched and compliant.
Familiar with managing users, groups, and computers via Active Directory.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Effective communicator capable of engaging with both technical teams and non- technical business users.
Ability to escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in end- user IT support.
Strong focus on business partnering and relationship management with key stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
Experience in handling complex incidents with root cause analysis; ability to collaborate with global teams when required.
Participation in global IT projects with the capability to provide hypercare support during critical phases.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with external vendors for hardware procurement or technical support.
ITIL certification is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of O365 OneDrive, Azure cloud, Intune, and Multi- Factor Authentication (MFA).
Experience in IT asset management and conducting regular inventory checks.
Hands- on experience with IT service management tools, especially ServiceNow.
Ability to deliver IT training or guidance to end users in line with company policies and standards.
Ability to create and maintain IT support documentation to enable user self- service and streamline incident resolution.
Strong proficiency in keyboard and general computer operations.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Experience with Windows imaging and deployment using SCCM.
MCP certification in Windows Client OS is preferred.
