Duties and Responsibilities
· Install, upgrade, and configure software applications.
· Provide technical support to end- users via phone, email, or in- person.
· Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes.
· Assist with the setup and configuration of computers and peripherals.
· Maintain an inventory of hardware assets.
· Document support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
· Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
· Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications/skills
· Experience: 0- 1 years of experience in IT Support or a related role.
· English: basic communication and reading skills
· Education: A degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows, and Linux Operating Systems; knowledge of network protocols and configurations.
· Soft Skills: Strong problem- solving abilities, good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Adaptability: Shows agility and easily adjusts to changing work situations; and
