- The IT Helpdesk will monitor and maintain factory computer systems, telephone systems, IP CCTV system and infrastructure, while resolving technical issues ticketed through the company IT Ticket system.
- The IT Helpdesk specialist joins the IT Support team to maintain computer networks, software, and hardware across the organization. This role is critical in providing timely technical support and helpdesk services, with a primary focus on supporting production lines to ensure operational continuity

* Education & Experience
- Around 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in IT Support
- (Joint Venture or Foreign- Owned companies preferred)
- Minimum 2 years supporting systems, networks, and infrastructure in a production/manufacturing environment
- Technical college degree or above in Electronics or Computer Technology
* Technical Skills
- Solid troubleshooting skills for computer hardware, CCTV, IP Phone systems, and production machines
- Familiar with antivirus and anti- malware security systems
- Experience with network systems (Cisco Meraki – wired & wireless, DNS)
- Strong knowledge of Office 2016 & Office 365
- Proficient in Windows 10/11, Linux, Active Directory

- Good interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in a team
- High sense of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail
