IT Helpdesk Engineer/ IT Support (Tan Binh -HCM)

Troubleshoot problems arising due to software/device
Manage server systems, implement related technical work.
Install, repair, and maintain computer systems and network systems.
Perform technical work related to hardware computer systems and LAN networks.
purchasing, preserving, and troubleshooting technical assets such as computers, servers, phones, internet, cameras as required.
Coordinate with equipment suppliers, monitor warranty, maintenance and repair progress of assets, machinery and equipment managed by the IT department.
Have a high sense of responsibility and integrity

Experience from 2 years
Good English reading and comprehension ability
Communication skills
Master technical support knowledge for desktop computers
Graduated from University/ College/ College majoring in Information Technology or related major
