IT Helpdesk - English Required

a/ Technical support

Install OS and configuring all infrastructure (application servers, routers, switch, PCs, Laptops, Printers, etc.)
Quickly isolate and trouble- shoot any network, resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
Assist in IT infrastructure / network/ server project.
In charge of security of all systems especially internal data storage, manage back up data.

b/ System maintenance

Monitor existing network, PABX and servers and provide performance report and suggestion
Ensure IT systems operate smoothly (servers, networks, end- user devices,...)

c/ Service Provider Management

Other tasks assigned by Manager
Collaborate with external service providers, overseeing service contracts.

Well- organizing and time management skills
Can communicate in English- speaking environment
1- 3 years of experience in IT System Management or IT Support
Be self- motivated, willing to learn new things and take over new tasks

Bachelor&039;s Degree, network and computer major is a plus
