IT Helpdesk Networking, IT Support

Contact with suppliers for quotation of IT devices and services.
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure network and system (Windows servers, devices, software)
Document input and report;
Inventory management;
Paperwork and document monitoring (delivery notes, …);
Maintain technical documentation of network and system
Monitor the performance of network and system
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

At-least 1-year experiences as IT Helpdesk position, manage assets
Ability to multi-task and can work under deadline pressure.
Experience in setting up and maintaining system security for Windows servers (windows policy, domain policy, active directory)
Good English & Vietnamese communication
Proactiveness, positiveness and high team work spirit.
Cisco CCNA
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Experience with computer-savvy and well-versed in Microsoft products
Having following IT-related certificates would be a plus
