IT Helpdesk Officer

Provide basic training to end- users on computer systems, software, and hardware
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Maintain accurate and up- to- date records of requests, resolutions, and interactions with end- users
Keep up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
Escalate complex issues to higher- level support personnel as needed
Resolve technical problems on ITSM system
Respond to user requests for technical assistance via phone, email, and in- person
Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network- related issues
Responsible for helping IT projects when need to.

Proven work experience as an IT Helpdesk Officer or similar role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications, Active Directory, and TCP/IP protocols
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Education & Major: Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Computer skill and/or software: Good
English level: Good
