IT Helpdesk Officer (Fresh/Junior)

• Ensure quality information from data warehouse for business operation and / or further analysis for user across the bank.
• Manage day- to- day operation of IT infrastructure, IT application services.
• Responsible for jointly develop IT project which align with corporate strategy, performing vendor management to ensure they well serve user&039;s requirements and meet service level agreement.
• Act as primary services support desk for issues related to IT including mange daily IT incidents and coordinate with KBank- TH. For second and third line support.
• Ensure the stability of IT systems in response to business requirement effectively and efficiently.
• Perform other task as assigned from the Bank.
• Advise and provide IT information consultancy to user.

• Preferred 1 or 2 years’ direct experience in IT banking infrastructure and related applications, services, systems.
• Customer- service mindset and ability to work independently.
• Good English communication skills.
• Bachelor&039;s Degree with major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or banking related area.

Annual leave 15 days, after probation
