IT Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES (TRÁCH NHIỆM)

Monitor and coordinate IT equipment ordering and accurately record IT assets.
Train team members to improve their knowledge and skills in task execution.
Prepare summary and operational reports as assigned.
Ensure all IT equipment operates properly at all times and maintain manufacturer support services.
Manage procurement of information systems and related equipment.
Manage and plan team tasks to ensure the defined SLA are met.
Manage and track team performance in providing support services, troubleshooting, controlling, and improving service quality.
Perform other assignments as required. Working hours: Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The company provides a shuttle bus service between Binh Duong and Tay Ninh (round trip).
Control the use of information systems and networks to ensure compliance with company policies and international standards.
Manage IT equipment, including licenses, by forecasting usage to ensure sufficient availability and plan upgrades according to the Product Life Cycle.
Provide technical support to the team, identify root causes of issues, and resolve them effectively.

Knowledge of computers, laptops, printers, and various software programs.
Problem- solving abilities.
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher.
Possesses logical thinking, vision, and a business- oriented perspective.
Works well in a team, shows leadership, creativity, and ingenuity, with strong technical knowledge and excellent analytical
Demonstrates expertise and skills in their work.
Responsible for assigned tasks and excels at handling
At least 5 years of experience in IT Technical/Process or at least 1 year of experience in project/team management.
