*Purpose of job:
Develop and implement IT infrastructure, security policies and business continuity plan to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or risk of loss data by computer virus.
Analyst the specific requirements of each subsidiary companies to determine a suitable technical solution for all business activities.
Researching and recommend new technology to assist the business activities of Group subsidiary company.
Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
*Job Function:
IT Management
- Direct and implement new IT related projects.
- Managing IT budget and costs.
- Working with international IT vendors and service providers
- Technological orientation to meet with actual business requirement.
- Developing and implementing IT security policy and best practice guides for the staffs
IT Infrastructure (Network devices / Servers / PCs / Printers / Cameras)
Cybersecurity and Backup, Recovery, Monitoring system.
Cybersecurity: Build a security system to protect company’s data from Cyberthreat.
- Protect IT system to ensure that network system, ERP servers and Data files always in secure, available, and reliable.
- Monitor, Analyst, and risk evaluation of IT systems.
- Endpoint access control management
Backup, recovery and monitoring system:
- Create a full backup system: Daily backup cycle is as follows: Daily backup performed with rotation for hourly / daily /weekly/ monthly yearly by tape offsite, backup servers.
- Create Business Continuity Plan: Test must perform every 12 months to sure that company can recover data and restore business critical software applications and continue operations after an interruption of services.
- Monitoring: Create a monitoring system to monitor risks of IT system and sends alerts to IT team about any issues of network security, status of IT devices and connections
ERP Development
- Research new functions, modules, and technologies trends to apply them to business department.
- Determining & Analyzing business requirements to drive the design and implementation of new business process.
- Responsible for a good relationship with ERP Vendors and Users
- Analyze, Design, Implement ERP and CRM system
- Responsible for maintaining documentation of changes regarding users, functions, reports & systems.
- Responsible for the timely completion of ERP project
Microsoft 365 Business Premium
- Power BI and ERP system: Create a Realtime and Virtualize report
- Manage access control list.
- Create policy: To protect content of SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Teams
- Manage Microsoft 365 accounts
- Data Loss Prevention: Establish rules to scan email messages for sensitive information that may be subjected to certain regulations or business policies.
- Manage access devices to Microsoft 365.
