Manage software licenses, IT assets, and security certifications, including ISO and SOC- related requirements.
Lead and manage the IT team; oversee vendor performance, SLA compliance, and coordination with external service providers.
Participate in vendor selection and approval processes for critical IT projects and services.
Manage and maintain the factory’s IT infrastructure, including network systems, server rooms, office equipment, printing systems, access control, and surveillance systems.
Implement, monitor, and continuously improve information security measures; conduct security assessments and risk evaluations.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (such as GDPR) and other relevant legal and corporate IT policies.
Receive, implement, and manage IT projects and improvement requests from internal departments and cross- functional teams.
Operate and maintain end- user computers and IT equipment; provide technical support for employees and support critical meetings and IT service improvements.

At least 8 years of IT experience, including 3–5 years as an IT Manager in a manufacturing or factory environment
Solid knowledge of WAN/LAN/Wireless networks, including routing, Layer 3 switching, VLAN, HSRP, and firewall systems (Cisco/FortiGate).
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Security, or related fields
Strong hands- on experience in desktop/laptop support, hardware troubleshooting, and Windows operating systems.
Proficient in Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, RAID configuration, and core services such as DHCP and Active Directory.
Experience managing server room infrastructure, including UPS, power, cooling, and fire protection systems.
Good at English
