Position summary
The IT Manager will oversee the entire technology infrastructure and digital operations for the company. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability of IT systems, leading the IT team, and managing the seamless integration and performance of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES)/ Warehouse Management System (WMS) to optimize production efficiency. The incumbent will bridge the gap between technical operations and business requirements.

Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Network Management: Oversee and maintain the reliability of the company’s server, network infrastructure, and hardware to ensure 24/7 operational continuity.
Budgeting & Vendor Management: Manage the IT budget, oversee the procurement of hardware/software, and maintain relationships with external service providers and contractors.
Team Leadership & Support: Manage and mentor the IT technical team, ensuring high- quality internal user support and professional development of staff.
MES & System Administration: Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the MES/WMS and other production- related software to ensure data accuracy and real- time reporting.
IT Security & Compliance: Establish and enforce robust cybersecurity protocols, data backup procedures, and disaster recovery plans to protect company assets and sensitive production data.
Key Accountabilities
Ensure accurate and insightful data reports from the MES/WMS to support the VP of Production in decision- making.
Ensure 99.9% uptime for critical production systems, specifically the MES/WMS.
Successfully implement system upgrades and digital transformation initiatives on schedule and within budget.
Deliver timely technical support to all departments, maintaining high internal user satisfaction.
Safeguard company data against breaches, malware, and unauthorized access through proactive security measures.

Salary
Negotiable based on experience.
Working Time
Break time: 12:00 – 13:00.
Mon to Fri: 08:00 – 17:00.
Sat: 08:00 – 12:00.
