*Job description:
As an in- house system engineer, develop and maintain the company&039;s information systems to enhance operational efficiency and improve information security.
*Key Responsibilities:
System Development & Implementation:
- Define requirements, design, develop, test, and implement new systems to support operational efficiency.
System Maintenance & Operations:
- Update existing systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
User Support:
- Respond to inquiries from internal users and provide guidance on system usage.
Security Management:
- Implement security measures and manage risks in accordance with the information security policy.
Documentation:
- Create and update system specifications, user manuals, and operational procedures.
Technical Leadership:
- Research the latest technology trends and evaluate how technological innovations can be utilized in business operations.
Development team building:
- Enviromental setup, standurdization and making rules to accelerate in- house development together with external partners.

- Prefer business- level proficiency in Japanese or English.
- Creative thinking and collaborative mindset.

- Knowledge of programming (e.g., Java, Python), databases (e.g., SQL), and system infrastructure (e.g., Linux, Windows servers).
- Able to manage work and projects, and train employees.
