IT Network Operation Specialist

ROLE OBJECTIVES: The IT Network Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the continuous availability, optimal performance, and robust security of the company&039;s network infrastructure. This role involves proactive monitoring, incident response, routine maintenance, and configuration management of all network devices and services, providing reliable and efficient connectivity essential for all business operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Support Business Continuity: Play a critical role in supporting disaster recovery and business. continuity plans related to network infrastructure.
Network Maintenance and Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring optimal network performance.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including network diagrams, configuration files, and operational.
Network Design and Configuration: Design and implement network solutions, including LAN, WAN, and data center networks in a secure manner

Bachelor’s degree major in Computer Science, IT or related fields.
The ideal candidate embraces a One- Team mindset, prioritizing collaboration and unity across all departments. S/he fosters a culture of teamwork, mutual respect, and shared goals, ensuring that the success of the organization is achieved collectively.
Certificate related to Cisco/Nextgen- Firewalls/Ruckus/Aruba is nice to have.
2 years of working experience in related fields.
The ideal candidates shall be responsible for promoting awareness and monitoring compliance with information security policies within their scope of management and shall ensure compliance with the company’s ISMS standards by all personnel under their management.
