IT Network Senior Supervisor (Infrastructure)

Infrastructure and Administration Support
Provide administration work on server, network LAN / WAN including router, network switch, wireless network, firewall security, etc.
Provide installation, configuration and administration work on server side including Windows servers, Anti- virus, Desktop Management server, etc., to ensure compliance with company requirements.
Stay abreast of new IT technology, perform R&D as assigned.
Manage and ensure network and server are in good and healthy condition.
Oversee system implementation on infrastructure design and deployment.
Risk Management, Governance & Control
Conform IT compliance to safeguard the environment according to company policy and operation guidelines.
Responsible for preparing standard guidelines, manuals, scripts related to IT documentations on infrastructure & architecture.
Ad- hoc Project Support
Provide on- site health check or support to PRC and Oversea according to IT guideline and standard.
Ensure data and network security.
Provide R&D on new IT technology as assigned by supervisors.
Provide infrastructure support according to project implementation as assigned by supervisors.
Working address: Binh Chuan Production Area, Thuan Giao, HCMC (Old address: Binh Chuan Production Area, Binh Chuan, Thuan An, Binh Duong)
Working time: From Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM ~ 16:30)

Experience: Over 5 years of experience in infrastructure & network position, prefer relevant experience in manufacturing.
Education: University or college degree, major: Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
Skills: Good at communication- able to express opinions clearly and use data to describe needs, result- oriented, collaboration.
Language: Able to use English at work (Chinese is a plus).
Technical Knowledge:
Server: Hand- on experience with wide infrastructure products on Microsoft platform (AD / DNS / Exchange / SQL). Hand- on experience on Linux, Docker (preferable).
Security: Experience security configuration in firewall, endpoint, server. Principles of security mindset and sense of cybersecurity risk.
Network: Experience working with network protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP. Knowledge of wired and wireless architecture, design and implementation with solid experience on Cisco / Ruckus. Experience on VoIP and PBX.
