BASIC FUNCTION:
Monitor, operate, maintain, and support the entire IT system, including network infrastructure, servers, applications, and user devices in the hotel to ensure continuous, stable, and secure operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
User & Department Support
• Assist with email and Office installation.
• Support meeting rooms, conferences, ballrooms, and VIP guests.
• Provide technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, hardware, and related software.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues for relevant departments.
• Install and configure new work devices for employees.
• Guest support:
• Provide support for events at the Convention Center (audio, presentations, network connectivity).
• Support in- room IP Phones (unable to call, line errors, voicemail issues).
• Connect guests to Wi- Fi.
• Support in- room TV/IPTV (missing channels, power issues, STB errors).
Network & Security Support
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, switches, Wi- Fi, cameras, and TVs. Manage internal Wi- Fi and guest Wi- Fi (Controller/Access Points).
• Update antivirus, implement security measures, and perform regular data backups.
Hospitality Systems
• PABX/IPPBX- Operate, check lines, and support room extensions.
• IPTV System- Manage STBS, TV channels, and CMS content. CCTV/Camera System:
• Assist Security with data extraction when required. Maintain and install cameras
• Check recording, playback, and NVR/SAN storage.
• Monitor camera operations.
Administrative Tasks
• Inventory IT assets and update the Asset List monthly.
• Prepare incident reports and system operation reports.
• Track pending tasks and daily tasks of the IT department. Support IT equipment procurement.
• Hand over work, documentation, and checklists according to corporate standards

CRITERIA:
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Opera, Symphony, MC, Sun, Cadena systems, interfaces, cameras, IPTV, and PBX.
- Strong teamwork skills
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work under high pressure.
- Good English communication skills.
- Bachelor&039;s or College degree in IT or related field.
- Willing to provide support outside working hours when issues arise.
Experience:
- Hotel IT experience is a strong advantage, with at least 2 years of experience.
