Job Summary: To ensure the company’s information technology systems operate reliably, securely, and efficiently, providing continuous support for business, operational, and administrative activities. This position is responsible for managing IT infrastructure, user support, data security, and assisting in the implementation of internal digital transformation projects.
IT Infrastructure & System Administration
Ensure system uptime and minimize operational downtime.
Configure and manage user access rights (email, domain, shared drives, VPN, etc.).
Conduct periodic data backup and restore procedures to ensure business continuity.
Manage, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN/Wi- Fi, firewall, servers, printers, cameras, and peripheral devices.
User Support
Receive and handle technical support requests (hardware/software/network issues).
Provide user guidance on using devices, software, and IT tools safely and properly.
Maintain support tickets and ensure compliance with internal SLA standards.
IT Security & Compliance
Participate in risk assessment and propose solutions to strengthen cybersecurity.
Monitor and maintain security systems (antivirus, firewall, email protection, device encryption).
Work with QA/Compliance teams to ensure adherence to data protection policies (GDPR and internal standards).
IT Asset & Software Management
Handle procurement, upgrades, and disposal of IT equipment according to purchasing procedures.
Maintain up- to- date IT asset inventory (computers, network devices, licenses, etc.).
Manage software licenses and renewals (Windows, Office 365, Antivirus, Zoom, etc.).
Projects & Continuous Improvement
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and system security.
Participate in and provide technical support for digital transformation projects (HRIS, CRM, ERP, BI dashboards, etc.).
Conduct internal IT training sessions on digital tools and information security awareness.
