Attends work on time as scheduled
Support IT Manager in managing and support users, the customer.
Maintains availability and security of networks throughout the hotel
Follows safety and security rules and procedures
Work with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues on request of IT Manager
Relays important information and timing of new releases, system repairs, and downtime
Maintains network security
Support IT Manager in maintaining the user accounts for hotel applications such as the Opera, Sun, POS, MC, Connect, Rezidor, and other hotel applications
Monitors wireless network for hotel guests and employees
Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction
Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.

Troubleshoots and provides technical support
Communicate effectively with guests, co-workers and the manager

At all times projects a favorable image of the Hotel to the public
Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position
Participates in the implementation of business strategies for IT which are aligned with Radisson Hotel Group’s overall mission, vision values, and strategies
Stays current on technical updates and changes to hotel utilized applications
Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality
Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other hotel employees to foster and promote a co-operative and harmonious working environment
Assist in the development of the Hotel business plan and ensure an overall understanding of its departmental goals and objectives
Keeps networks compliant with corporate guidelines
Installs and troubleshoots PC operating system and office applications such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook.
Provides Yes I Can! genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis
Sets up, installs, configures, and maintains computers located at Radisson Blu Resort Hoi An.
Ensure anti virus program and data are up-to-date and running properly on all computers.
Adheres to hotel policies and procedures
