• Initiate and help to implement new ideas to develop projects in multiple areas enhancing operational efficiency
• Improve the user experience by listening to customer feedback, analyzing usage data, and making necessary changes.
• Escalate customer issues to correct teams and provide a final resolution for customer inquiries and requests
• Advise and contribute to the improvement of support services
• Customer: Customer management, collect customer requirements, report to PM, APP operation, review management, image management
• Client: client management, client 1:1 chat
• Support team sales and PM
• Management of contracts and contract conditions
• Monitor customer issues, inquiries, and feedback

• Understanding of systems/programs/software applied in the CMS
• Good customer support communication skills
• Experience monitoring services live every day
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results and adapt to changing business requirements; ability to plan, organize and manage multiple priorities.
