IT Operation Officer

Key Accountabilities:

Perform other tasks as assigned.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of IT equipment as per plan.
Handle support tickets in the system, ensuring resolution within SLA standards.
Perform on- site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex hardware problems for variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off- site repair as needed.
Provide online and onsite IT support for store operations within assigned areas.
Execute IT setup for new stores, including POS system, Wi- Fi, cameras, printers, and network infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and repair hardware devices (e.g., cameras, POS, printers, network equipment).
Prepare reports on incidents, resolutions, and overall equipment condition for management review.

Education:

College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or 1+ year’s equivalent work experience.
CCNA certification preferred.

Experience:

01+ year of experience in IT support/helpdesk; experience in a retail chain/store environment is an advantage.
Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and Training guides.
Ability to research into hardware products and I.T issues as required.
Knowledge of POS systems, networking, and IT hardware (printers, routers, cameras, etc.) is preferred.
