IT Operation Supervisor

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing and implementing of IT operation team


• Managing IT Help desk team to Support user.


• Work with database team and Core system team to tune database


• Managing MAFC vendors provide for us equipment


• Managing IT outsourcing team (batch job monitoring team and Help desk outsourcing team)


• Managing operation project.


• Managing FinnOne core systems operations including CAS and LMS.


• Managing internal software operations developed by IT development team.


• Designing, developing and implementing with software development team in coding software, API to improve operation in company


• Working with database programming team to create PL/SQL scripts for automation tasks in MAFC’s operation (including reports, EOD, receipt upload, batches...).


• Working with departments to collect business requirement for projects to align requirements and IT architecture.

Qualification

University Degree in Computer Science / Information System or Equivalent.

Experience

- At least 4 years experienced in running projects in financial business or banking (prefer financial sector, especially in FinnOne system with CAS & LMS)

- 2 years experienced in managing IT teams

- 3 years experienced in IT operation jobs

Knowledge

Good knowledge in IT management.

Good knowledge in IT projects

Knowledge about scripts, batches
