Overview
The IT Vendor & Asset Management Administrator I will be responsible for the daily operations of the organization's asset management processes and systems (ServiceNow), Work with IT Service providers vendors and hardware vendors. Working with our Vendor Management team, this position ensures corporate and legal guidelines are followed for managing IT hardware and software assets.
Your role & responsibilities
- Manage IT billing processes for service providers, ensuring accuracy and timely payments on credit card or purchase order.
- Handle hardware procurement, including sourcing, ordering, and tracking of IT assets that includes endpoint equipment, peripherals, cell phones, printers and label printers.
- Verify and process monthly invoices by doing a 3-way match
- Maintain accurate records of all hardware assets in ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Assist in the interpretation of licensing terms and conditions.
- Support the IT department in tracking software and hardware assets.
- Provide administrative support for vendor management activities.

- University or college qualification
- Experience in procurement process
- Good in English communication

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing
- Experience in IT procurement
- Knowledge of IT asset management practices.
- Familiarity with licensing terms and conditions.
